BabyCarryWorkout, the way to build and strengthen the bond between parent and child. Mommy faster in good shape and condition, without having to leave the baby behind. This way you involve your child in your fun activities from an early age. You sweat while exercising and dancing and the effort relaxes you. This feels the baby and therefore he / she falls asleep.

Are you a sports instructor / trice, dance teacher and / or a wear consultant? Then you are eligible for one of our training courses for BCW Certified Instructor. BabyCarryWorkout® is a registered concept with an ergonomic carrying system suitable for sports / dance.

Safe movement for parent and child is the basis for us. That is why we also offer further training, activities and events to regularly inspire, stimulate and improve each other. We offer a nice atmosphere. We also select and recommend suitable music for babies and toddlers in combination with whatever the parents like. We offer a discount on a back-up workshop to the participants: 15 euros per person from 4 people.

Your baby has the challenging weight to get in shape faster. Your baby's weight grows with your condition. Fathers are of course welcome. In addition to moving your baby or toddler to music, you are also introduced to baby carriers and various carrying systems. There is a carrying consultant and a sports instructor present.

During the lesson you practice the pelvic floor, abdominal, buttock upper legs and back muscles. The music is specially selected for babies and also parents.

You work on the recovery of your condition. Attention is paid to good posture when carrying your baby in the sling or carrier. There is of course an opportunity to exchange experiences with other mothers who also have more experience. Mothers who can also use your experience. In addition to the aforementioned exercises, we have dance and other workouts that are great fun.

Because connection is central, we also encourage dads to dance with mums, and we do this every Saturday in Nieuwkoop. Every Monday is really sports. Dads, grandmothers and babysitters, childminders are very welcome. After exercise we also offer African dance for the little ones that come along.

The idea is that you will feel fitter from the lessons and that you will be able to participate in regular sports or exercise activities again after the course. But you can also move on to higher levels such as medium impact BabyCarryWorkout with your toddler.

From when to exercise
You can participate from the moment that you are allowed to work out again from the doctor or gynecologist, for your child we can take it extra quietly under four months - the instructor and the physiotherapist will then indicate whether you need to exercise adapted for certain exercises .

From the moment that you and the baby are ready, you can start exercising, some mums may only start moving in consultation with a doctor or physiotherapist. For example if you have had a medical birth. Then we use a minimum age of 12 weeks.
